Klyde Warren Park/The Real Estate Council

For more than a decade, we provided these services for TREC FightNight, events and neighborhood redevelopment efforts including Dallas’ first-ever Land Bank and Klyde Warren Park. For Klyde Warren Park, in 2004, we announced the very first concept with TREC’s $1 million impact gift, announced the park’s concept. For two years, we attended meetings with Dallas Park and Recreation, Texas Capital Bank and other key representatives. In 2009, we worked on the groundbreaking event and many other announcements until it opened in 2012.
