North Texas Area Community Health Centers

A nonprofit organization, North Texas Area Community Health Centers (NTACHC) are a community family medical practice that offers a full range of primary and preventative healthcare services to patients throughout Tarrant County through its three centers. In 2002, NTACHC was founded as a federally qualified community health center to provide high quality medical services, to serve as a safety net for the lower-income population, and to help successfully address health disparities in the community. The centers serve all, regardless of income, residency status, employment, health insurance coverage or ability to pay.

NTACHC asked for help marketing to its neighborhoods and increasing its brand awareness to the community in 2020 at the height of the pandemic. NTACHC also asked for help in messaging the pandemic to remind patients and let new patients know that the centers remained open and available via Telehealth. The Coulter Group stepped in to develop and implement the plan that continues today.

We handle social media, advertising, public relations, website, video, advertising, annual report development, partnerships and collateral. Our results include revamping all areas of communications—website, presentations, video, public relations, advertising, and collateral—to be consistent. We’ve also increased social media outreach.
